  Re: Major Warbird Update **Updated**

(In other words: send in your request of what (...) (20 years ago, 19-Jul-04, to lugnet.build.military)

  Major Warbird Update

OK, I have neglicted my brickshelf gallery for a while but here is something to make it up: A Complete Update to my minifig-scale warbirds gallery.   Re: New vehicles...

  Re: New vehicles...

  Re: SR-71 Blackbird

Ed: The submarine is just about 3 1/2 feet long, 10 inches wide, and 13 inches tall. It is not perfectly to scale compared to the actual Los Angeles class sub, but it is well proportioned for standard minifigures, and especially the vertical launch (...) <snip> (...) areas, But because you got the shape spot on, you have not lost any of the impact and the studs do not detract from the model. The cockpit and landing gear look like the real thing (cockpit in the thumbnail looks real, not lego). A (...) (20 years ago, 8-Jul-04, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) David, Great models. I look forward to more of the sub! Your Bricklink folder mentions it is mini-fig scale. What are it's dimensions? Very nice. Ed (20 years ago, 7-Jul-04, to lugnet.build.military)
