Re: The Seawall Project, Part II

(...) Anthony- I really like your stuff in general. I'm a big fan of the technical/background info that you provide. The seawall, though, is in a class by itself for its originality. It's great to see such a great implementation of a brilliant idea. (...) (21 years ago, 27-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build)

Re: The Seawall Project, Part II

(...) I like! It has a very "Guns of Navarone playset" feel to it--the detailing inside is a definite plus. It's hard working in all grey; have you thought about adding other earth-tone colors to bring out the imposing nature of the great grey (...)   Razorback Tank

Hi all, Finished this a while ago, but finally got around to photoing it. Those Jack Stone carbases can be useful! The entire tank design basically sprouted off one of those things. It has two barrels which fire 120mm (that's what Abrams fires, (...) (21 years ago, 20-Aug-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.us.michlug, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)

Re: B-25 on Brickshelf - whodunit?

I never post here (actually, never really knew about this group), but I ran across this thread, and I've gotta to say to the builder: that is SWEET!!! As for the nose length, did they ever make recce variants of the B-25? A recce version likely (...) (21 years ago, 20-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: B-25 on Brickshelf - whodunit?

(...) Yes that B-25 is most definetely the work of Derek Schin. Not only are the fuselage sections snotted, the nose section remarkably acts as a retaining pin holding the upper and lower sections together. Some of the most impressive snot work I've (...)   Re: B-25 on Brickshelf - whodunit?

(...) I believe that belongs to Derek Schin. He would love to talk to you about it. I saw him demonstrating it to the Public on Sunday at the EXPO portion of BF03. He also had it at BW03 where I got to see it in closer detail. One tantalizing bit, (...) (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)

  B-25 on Brickshelf - whodunit?

Anybody know who built this: (URL) looks like a B-25 to me (nose may be a bit long, but otherwise captures it pretty well). James Wilson Dallas, TX (21 years ago, 13-Aug-03, to lugnet.build.military)
