You really solved some tricky problems in that hull! The shape of the deck is very complex and you managed to capture it.

I have never seen the a picture of the Enterprise’s hull and keel, so I can’t comment on accuracy. But I think I’d prefer a waterline version because it looks so much sleeker and less clumsy.

Any chance of bringing the whole thing more to life by adding some micro-scale planes? Or is the scale just too small?

Mark

(...) well, version 1 was waterline and upwards only, link: (URL) and yes, the scale is to small to make microscale planes, they'd need to be somethin like 2 studs long and 1.5 studs wide, which would be just a little bit hard to do. thanks! -mark (20 years ago, 14-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.microscale, lugnet.build.military, FTX)

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I don't have time to type that many, so here yah go. (URL) It's been a little over a year since I posted my first Enterprise, and it had been sitting on my shelf, gathering dust, missing small parts (...)
