I'd like to see your city a little more "alive".

Yeah, it looks pretty bleak. I took some street level pics too, but they looked
like "ghost town" so I discarded them.

I think a few vehicles and some street scenery will help, as the title says, it
is only half done. There have been some very nciely done vehicles showing up in
Lego's Factory competition thing - I'll probably "borrow" a few of those general
ideas.

I'm not sure about people though. The overall scale is 1 stud is about 5' 6", so
a person would be a 1x1 round with a 1x1 round plate on top, more or less. I've
fooled around with some of these tiny fig ideas and they don't look right.

I've also day-dreamed about really getting serious and trying to make a few
little microfigs, out of yellow ABS of course :)

But what I'd really like is TLG to come out with little tiny microfigs
(minifig-juniors), non posable, that stand on a 1x1 plate base. I think it would
make a great compliment to their new Factory idea when they finally come out
with some micro sets. And I can't see that creating a mold for such a tiny part
would be that expensive.

I think such microfigs would be great for huge space ship models which might
otherwise fill an entire room at minifig scale. Of course, being a tad on the
modder side of the fence, plain yellow ones would be great as a basis for
application of paint for customization (with a tiny brush, no caffeine within
the previous 6 hours and a really good magnifiying glass.)
