  Re: LEGO Factory Competition

(...) Thank you, that is great ROSCO. So now we just have to get Ashley to work on the sidebar. :-) Thomas (20 years ago, 20-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  LEGO Factory Competition

Hey Kelly(BZPBinkmeister), it looks like your going to pass me in votes here soon. (URL) Last I checked, you've got 36 and I have 38. I think you've been getting about 2 for every 1 I get. I don't know if it's possible but I think it'd be kind of (...) (20 years ago, 20-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  Re: Tank-killer..

(...) Thanks! I thought about your suggestion and came up with a solution that not only made the "black hole" suppressors, it reinforced the tail, which I say, COOL! Of course I didn't take pix yet, but they will posted soon. I really appreciate the (...) (20 years ago, 19-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  WIP - New Mini Dropship

Re: LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

(...) Hi Joe, Thanks for the compliments. I do wish that there was some way of uploading a larger image for the competition; the size that they give you on the website just doesn't show enough detail. I have a couple more "sets" for this series in (...) (20 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

Re: LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

(...) Sean, Thanks for the compliments. This is actually the first of what (if actually produced) would be three or more "connected" sets, which would create a larger scene. I'm going to try to have the next two ready next week's voting. Stay tuned! (...) (20 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.build.microscale, FTX)

  Re: Tank-killer..

This is a superb model. My only suggestion to get a little closer to the real thing would be to replace the last two plates worth of the engines with black, or maybe dark grey, instead of the current grey (part of the rear 1x1 grey brick) to (...)   This one's for you, Ashley

Pre-NWBC, I didn't give microscale building a second thought whenever I saw a little moc on the recent pages of Brickshelf. Then I tagged along with a few other AFOLs to Ashley Glennon's Micro seminar at NWBC a couple weeks ago, and now I'm high on (...)   Re: LEGO Factory Contest MOC: Weekend Holiday

(...) Joel: I love this model, it's one of my favorites I've seen uploaded to the competition. I originally thought I might decide to make a campsite or summer camp, but I guess I don't need to now. :) "Not much of a townie"? You should try it more (...)
