  Re: New mecha

Thanks Jesse! (...) hmm I think I'd build something from Patlabor or Gasaraki (if I were to do a replica mecha) before I'd do something from gundam just because I think that patlabor and gasaraki have cooler mecha than gundam does :P armoured core (...) (I am one of those who could care less about the whole mech/mecha finalities, I am just interested in making a cool looking fighting machine with a bazillion weapons.) Anyway, did (...) (...) Thanks Eric! I am glad that you like it. I can't wait to see your comments on my next Eva because when finished, it will be the most bizzare MS I have ever built (oh yeah, and it is going to have a big axe also). (...) Yep! Mladen, I really like this one. Love the legs, very Gundam. And I can see that you're back to one of your favorite color schemes! And you're right, that Bazooka rocks! Another great "real world" model from you. Later, Bryce (...) (22 years ago, 16-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  New Mecha and LDraw Files

First off, I built a new mecha. Basically, I just wanted to add as much weaponry on it as I could. The bazooka is my personal favourite. ;-) It also comes with a zero-g pack, radome, and smoke discharger system. Naturally, I was inspired heavily by (...)   Re: Mech grammar

Eric and Geordan are right, according to my what I know. A mecha is pretty much a Anime creation, something like a Mobile Suit or Gundam (MS Gundam) or a Labor (Patlabor). A mecha is a term from Battletech/Mechwarrior, and is short for a Battlemech (...) (22 years ago, 15-Jul-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
