I was never a fan of Bionicle until my eyes were open to some of the possiblities at Brickswest 03 (Jeff Ranjo, E, and Bryce). I personally boycott the bionicle, for reasons that would probably just start an argument. We all have our own philosophy, and all are welcome here. (insert midget lady’s voice from Poltergeist) “All are welcome”

If this is true, I feel that it is probably because of all the 6 year old junk on Brickshelf.

I would agree with that, it is somewhat inescapable, and to a non conneseur like myself, very repetative.

Bionicle is not Legos for babies. It’s Legos that only the best of the best can utilize... I’m still working on it... :)

Now see, thats the kind of attitude I expect from some bionicle fans. “only the best of the best can utilize”... hmmmm... thats quite a statement. I’m gonna give you the benefit of the doubt here and assume that wasn’t a knock on people who don’t care to use bionicle. But its rhetoric like that, that can piss people off. (speaking only for myself)

So if you dare to actually look at something Bionicle, then go ahead:

I looked... the feet are cool, but they almost look too big, like it would trip over itself. Maybe I should preface these comments...In no way do I claim to be a mech expert. I’m not in the hall-o’-fame, and I’ve only made a handfull of mecha that are decent, but not epic by any means. That said, I’m not a fan of mecha that sport big canopies, and I’m really not a fan of star wars cannons used as such. You might think that I didn’t like the Roadkill, but thats not the case. Bottom line, it stands cool, its got some original components, and lots of guns. I’ll look for your stuff in the future.
