Too cool, even if he did cheat a bit. Can’t wait for the rest of Macross Zero (I have the fansubs), it’s gonna be awesome. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

Shoji Kawamori, the creator of famous variable mecha/fighters such as VF-1 Valkyrie and YF-19, recently demonstrated one of his new design prototype using LEGO pieces: (URL) the wing pieces were custom made with paper over plastic.
