Well...
These parts were pulled out of my dragons neck and tail, they broke because
of the dragons weight and the resulting rotational shear.
Ill have to make sure I remember my small bin of replacement parts for the
fest.

Take it from one of those whose been through falling mechin at a public event
syndrome - if thats all that broke inside one of your mammoth dragons, then
you are very lucky indeed! My suggestion would be to keep a small kit of
replacement parts with you - anything that moves on the dragon is suspect to the
stresses that snap parts. Spare hinges, technic bits, anything that would
reinforce the dragon to allow it to survive Brickfest is probably a good idea to
take with you.
