Looks like you're both right.
I agree with Tim though. Although I do like the new click hinges, I really
hope they don't give up on the old ones completely. On that note the old
ones even appear in any of this year's sets?

| (...) Apparently these are causing a problem for the park Modelmakers. They use the old hinges which are only a plate high, as detailing in models by having them stick out for things like eyebrows on people and now they won't be able to get them any (...) (22 years ago, 7-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
