     (...) Hello guys. May I help you ? :) "OFF" means "OFF-line meeting". It may be a local network term in Japan. We meet and make conversations at "ON-line" as usual(ex.       (...) actually, i think the legs lend to the exaggeration of the model itself. i find that many japanese mecha designs are based on the exaggeration in size of some body parts (whether it's the lower legs like many of the gelgoog mecha from "gundam" (...)
