| (...) Hello guys. May I help you ? :) "OFF" means "OFF-line meeting". It may be a local network term in Japan. We meet and make conversations at "ON-line" as usual(ex. LUGNET Newsgroups), so we call a holiday meeting as "OFF(-line event)". Got it? (...) (21 years ago, 6-May-03, to lugnet.build.mecha)
