Another Jason mecha! woohoo! The gunjin was awesome, so expectations are
high. ;^)
This mecha is fantastic! The inverted knees are very well done, they are
clean and fit in with the model very nicely.
I like the upside down torso alot! The bars and grilles on the front really
add alot. The way you connected it to the waist is sweet, very unorthodox
but it looks sweet.
The head as on the gunjin, is very very well done. It's detailed, and it
fits with the model, and I love what you did with the colors on it as well.
My favourite part of the basic mecha has to be the shoulders. I love them!
The shape is sweet, you made them look round even though most of them
aren't, and they open up! Hmmm I'm tempted to steal that design sometime. :^P
I love the back too. The red board is sweet, but the fuel pack (?) on the
back is dope! Very sweet design.
Weapons. Man you got some crazy weapon building skill, that sniper rifle is
sweet! Where'd you get those 1 x 2 tubes in grey? The retracting weapons are
soooooooo cool. Not only the detail and the design of the weapons, but just
the function of them folding back as well.
Okay, here's my gripes.
The arms and the feet. They don't seem full enough or complete enough. In
the feet, I'm pretty sure it's the technic pin holes in the slope that does
it, maybe switch it for another piece. (1 x 3? although that might make it
too short for what you wanna do) I think the arms need a little filling out,
but I do like the wings (?) on them, they match the legs nicely.
The dabbled color looks fine on everywhere but the lower legs, if you switch
all the 1 x 1 discs from red and trans red to light grey, the color wouldn't
be a problem imo.
Over all Jason, you have another amazing mecha under your belt, I'm still
deciding whether I like the gunjin or this better. ;^)
Awesome job once again Jason, keep it up.
