thanks for your reply. your single link tread idea is really good.
unfortunately, i have none of these. :( perhaps i may get a few when i
order some more parts from bricklink. as for the gear idea, your right: it
may be a little difficult to keep the chain from slipping, but i may try it
nonetheless.
