Hey TK - Happy New year.

Man you build some creepy looking stuff. Just think if a Gundam, Labor, or
Valk ran into one of those! The pilots would have to change their drawers!

Kiiiyyaaaa!

I see that each leg is mounted on a turn table so it spins, but do the legs
go up and down by way of the three axles on each side?

You got the turn tables right, but alas, I tried to make the thing springy
and use shocks. But with the parts I had (or did not have as the case
was...)I couln't do it well. Making sure I had 6 and 12 or everything for
all six legs.

The interesting thing is that the 3 axles you mention, lock opposing forces
to support the Fly-Bot.

(say man that's a "Fly- Bot"!)

:P

So the legs are neat in that respect, but only swing side to side.
You know when you have a decent amount of a certain color left and you just
want to make somthing. I guess I only had a small amount of parts luxury.

Also the color is
great! I think the best color combo in LEGO besides orange and blue is red
and dark grey. They look fanstasic together.

O & B! yick

When I was looking thru the red I had left. It wasn't enough, and looking at
the Dark Grey, I just had to use it so I could make soemthing.
However, I and others have used this color combo alot, so I didn't want to
wear it out, truth is I still have stuff in those colors, enough to make a
few cool things.

Hey what the heck is Scuba Steve doing in the Fly-bot?!

Nawww man that's some far out Mecha control device, --wink wink-- You know,
control aspects of the mech.--get it get it--

Plus Ha ha on me, I couldn't really fit or bother to fit control levers for
the pilot, so ---yeah, its not a scuba deally, -wink wink - its a control
face mask from the years ahead - get it get it -

e

Cool man

Oh boy I did it now. This one is really strange.
It was fun to make. {3days}

I got the itch to make something.
Whoa, what did I make?
