Hello,

Anyway, after being inspired by some of the
rather interesting mini renditions, I decided
to try a hand at it myself, and I think the
results are halfway decent.
Manufactured originally by the IRLCC for
covert operations, the earlier models of
the mech came under much scrutiny by the
state, who at the time, thought of them
no less than 'interesting but useless
gadgetry for military application'.
Although thought useless, scientists
at the Albatross Aeronautics Reaearch
Lab eventually found a use for it.
(marketing through the technology
exchange. Of course, after quite a
few related reports with the device
misfiring at overhead transit vehicles
and hovercars, the military recalled
it and decided to commission the
device for wartime use.)
Anyway, here's a few pictures of the overall
mech, and my apologies for the poor photo
quality.

Here's the front view. (Complete with machine gun
and shielding.) There's also a smaller jet to
the side, although not entirely visible from the
angle.

Transformation. By slipping back the legs, the mech
can tranform into a dragonfly-like creature. With
its avian styled construction, it can easily lift
off the battlfield and fire from overhead.

When it comes to storage, the MicriMech and fit in
most overhead containers (assumning you're using a
cargo ship, so they travel easy in multiples!)

Better view of the equipment. To the center is
a Wilhelm .38 SMG pistol, to the left a smaller
propulsion device, and to the right a compressed
carbon shield. (note the use of binoculars for
arm hinges. Pretty ingenious, eh?)

| That's actually pretty cool. The articulartion and 'transformation' is great, as is the piece usage and posability. The overall shape is nice, too. This is a nifty little MOC.
