Had to make the head look like it belonged on this mecha instead of Eros; the
round things were the way to go...

Thanks! You know, I used 36 of those rounded 1x2 modified bricks on this
mecha? I love that piece!
> The Spine: oooohh neat rounded 1x2 slopes, mmmmm Blue. Really nice design.
Yeah, after playing with LBB at Brickswest, I was determined to make my next
mecha blue. And, I have enough blue left over to maybe make my own LBB!

I use the technic pneumatic "T" inserted into a 1x2 brick with an axle hole.
This allows the wrist to bend and rotate.

Joint to stick a little blue thingie in it to help act as an ankle stop?!!?
INGENIOUS!!!
Yeah, I tried making different, more original feet, but click joints as ankles
aren't very forgiving, and the Gali feet worked better than anything else I
came up with. The stoppers are another accident. I just stuck them in; then I
was like "Legomaster is going to clown me if my mecha can't stand on one leg
;-)" and when I tried it, the blue thing worked perfectly as a stopper! I got
lucky...

I very much prefer making my own joints sometimes. I had a blast making
Cepheus, but since then, I spend so much time coming up with new joints that I
rarely get a chance to finish a mecha. These joints came out, and a few hours
later, I had legs! Also, those twizzler axles have been really pissing me off!
I was glad to take a break from them...but it's time to get back to that worm
gear project soon.

I was thinking, .9mm pencil lead could work. Also, one migh have luck with
certain sewing needles. But Unless you have a caliper or micrometer handy, I
would recommend get some 20 gauge wire from the local hardware store.

Oooh, such high marks from the Legomaster!

I'll check it out and see how it works.
