    Hi! —Jeff Ranjo
I'm new to Lugnet and just wanted to say hi and test out my new posting abilities. You might have seen my stuff on Brickshelf: (URL) whole bionicle thing (oh no! I said the B-word!!) has brought me back into the Lego obsession and that's what I've (...) (23 years ago, 1-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Hi! —Stuart Immonen
(...) I have indeed seen your work on Brickshelf, and, not being a Bionicle fan myself, was doubly blown away! You've managed to implement what I have considered to be mostly unusable pieces in clever and dynamic ways. The valkyries, 'jello, and (...) (23 years ago, 2-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Hi! —Geordan Hankinson
Hey Jeff! I have admired your work for some time, and I love it! Like Stuart said, you use bionicle pieces like Magic! You even find uses for the lids! Your mecha are so innovative, and really well done, I look forward to more. -Geordan- (...) (23 years ago, 2-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Hi! —Mladen Pejic
DUDE!!! You're amazing! All of your mecha have an awesome anime-feel to them. I especially like the Limoncello and OranJello; they are the definition of *perfection* and *creativity*. Oh, if only you put your stuff in LDraw format... drool... (...) (23 years ago, 2-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Hi! —Christopher Snead
(...) Hey, welcome! Man, I've noticed your stuff for a while. Now, I must say, as a rule of thumb, I'm not really into bionicle MOC's. A lot of them look thrown together really quickly. That being said, your stuff is a BIG exception! I nearly fell (...) (23 years ago, 2-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

         Re: Hi! —Jeff Ranjo
(...) Hey Chris, (...) That's what I originally thought about the Technic's line! They looked like erector sets! Yuck! But the cool thing about Bionicle parts is that there are some pieces that can really disguise the "spindly" look. I dealing with (...) (23 years ago, 3-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Hi! —Mark Sandlin
(...) your creations were more than just a regular Buy-onicle with extra bit on. You really come up with some excellent designs. And I really dig the Alien. Nice! ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head -- Mark's Lego Creations (URL) (23 years ago, 3-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

         Re: Hi! —Jeff Ranjo
(...) Yeah, I'm not really into the whole collecting aspect of Bionicle. I just saw that they were robots (cool!) and that they had tons of ball and socket joints (posability!). I was really getting tired of buying action figs and being unsatisfied (...) (23 years ago, 3-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

        Re: Hi! —Eric Sophie
Jeff! It's great to finnaly have you with us! Your a great builder! My fav is the Titanium! ....and your photoshopy pix of the Valkyrie on the sand dune is just fantastic! What's sort of Mecha will you make next? Will we see more awesome Jeff Ranjo (...) (23 years ago, 3-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

         Re: Hi! —Jeff Ranjo
(...) Hey Eric, Yes I am going to BricksWest but probably for only on Saturday. I'm also planning on going to the Mech session that you and Bryce are heading up and looking forward to meeting you in person. (...) Yes to that too! Although with me (...)         Re: Hi! —Bryce McGlone
(...) It's good to see you posting on Lugnet, Jeff. I like that you aren't satisfied to slap a couple extra parts on a Bionicle and call it an MOC. Your sense of design is calculated and well executed. Most of all that Alien just ROCKS! Really jaw (...) (23 years ago, 4-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
