hey cool, That is one of the coolest hard suits I've seen in a while! what a awesome use of the bionicle mask, that is ingenious. Cool MOC, as usual Mark. ;-D Like others have mentioned, the use of the Bionicle mask is very "neat" (okay, okay, it's totally sweet dude). One suggestion though, add more armour to the front. The mecha has a lot of bulk, yet the operator still is (...) (22 years ago, 25-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) and all was good. (...) mecha. I was picturing armies of minifigs bouncing across the battlefield in these things screaming, "Bonzai!!! Ker-chirp!!!!" in the mike. (...) Yes, it somewhat looks like a converted civilian model or test prototype with the seeming gaps in frontal armor protection. (...) once more, small mechs are not my specialty, but this one looks really sweet to me! In fact, I can honestly say that this is now my favorite of all small mobile suits.
