Recently I ventured into the Mecha construction field yet again, and have
produced a four-legger which I am very proud of.
http://www.icounsel.com/blacktron/Prefecture/forces/army/mechs/barghest.htm
There are two flaws with the DAT. I could not correcly align the technic
springs with the legs, so they appear slightly skewed.
The tail which is on the real-brick model is missing in the DAT. I intend
to put it in eventually, but it would be hidden from the render angles I
use.
The real-brick model has a poor front-foot design, which I correct in the
DAT. The real-brick model is also badly colored, which I hope to correct
over time as I browse through my badly-sorted collection.
Both DAT renders and real-brick photos are available at the URL.
Comments are appreciated.
Regards,
James
