Gents, the little place where I store my temp. pix is drying up. So I
thought I'd post the pix to BS. Now I build slow and that's just me, so here
is the foot of the Gomgile:

Check out pix: gg-foot1-&&-7, GG-hips, and the pix of the ankle reflex
technology.....gg-reflex1-&&-4.

I really like this design and I'm trying to keep up the pace. I'm running
out of plates again. It seems like when I know it'll be awhile til I make
more progress, I just go ahead and share the pix.

Last night I completed the other foot, so now GG has feet!

Hey let me know what you think!

Awesome stuff Eric! This looks to be one of your best robots yet! ;-) The chest, head, hands and feet look especially interesting... Good luck with the rest of the model! (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I could imagine GG on the cover of OMNI (they still publish that magazine?). Those ankle joints look great but can they withstand the torque? The torso looks hefty, the hips and legs might double that. I don't think you've made anything this (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Be cautios! That foot looks very small for the mech you have. The problem with 2+ footers (out of personal experience) is that you can not afford for them to fall. It is not that I mind putting the whole thing back together, but the energy (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
