This isn't a picture of a cannon firing, it's a picture of
a cannon about to fire. That's why there isn't any flash
illumination on the mobile suit.
Zechs used this unusual weapon in Endless Waltz to destroy an
entire asteroid. It has a huge muzzle blast.
