I was thinking about Brian's experiments with light effects and it hit me that
he has created something ten times better and more complicated than a simple
lightning effect!  I have uploaded an image of what I thing a basic shadow
effect from a firing cannon should look:

What Brian has done is something very close to the complicated light effect of
the Gundams self desctructing (light coming out between all the pieces).

I am interested to see if anybody else agrees with my observation?

(...) a cannon about to fire. That's why there isn't any flash illumination on the mobile suit. Zechs used this unusual weapon in Endless Waltz to destroy an entire asteroid. It has a huge muzzle blast. "K" (23 years ago, 8-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
