are there any sets out on the market ( or anybody willing to sell) that have
a lot of good pieces for making mechs, spacecraft , and other sci-fi pices.
im at a real shortage rite now. im esp. looking for hinges, turnables, etc
to make mecha joints, and sets that have  a large amount of 'structural'
pices to make large spacecraft out of.
plus any sets that have special decorative and scuplting pieces

thx in advance

Hinges
Red Planet Cruiser and Imperial AT-ST have a bunch of
clicky-hinges, including the new round ones.  Wheeled Front Shovel
also has some interesting click-hinge parts, including a bucket and a hook.

Turntables
Defense Archer is the cheapest source of these.

Structural
Tub of Bricks might work?

Decorative
Satellite Searcher Value Pack has a lot of really neat Space parts-
including a Blacktron rocket backpack! Plus you get a gold dome, a blue
windshield and window, solar panels (stickers optional), a flexible yellow
tube, and the return of Spyrius and Exploriens control panels.  Really nice.
Arctic Expedition gives you a 6-wide blue cockpit, a comet, some
orange bricks, plates, and slopes, a little specialized orange piece that
doesn't really seem to be anything, and a robotic arm that would be good on a
spaceship.  Anakin's Podracer has a collection of interesting parts
for mechs and space- big yellow things thar connect to click-hinges, orange
laser cannons(!), and some other nifty pieces.

Of course, the current Sci-Fi theme "Life On Mars" has to be good for what you
need too- it even includes kits intended for building mechs! <Set:7314 Mech>
