yay, I can post again...
Great work Tim! It looks very faithful to the original, especially with
regard to the details.
The only problem is that its a bit too big. I can understand this is due to
the level of detail you wanted to show... BUT Im thinking, why constrain
yourself to scale in the first place? Why not build it as big as necessary to
make it even closer to the original?
I say this only because the legs look a bit chunky and blocky... What if you
used those new curved slopes and wedges on the legs to make them more
curvaceous? If they end up scaling up the entire mecha, who cares?... You can
always go for a maxi-fig, UCS scale! :-D
LOL, anyways, maybe Im just too excited with being able to post again, and
rambling on.
Good stuff. Keep it up!

First off, thanks everyone for your comments. This has been a long time in the
works and Im glad people like it.
The size... well... I was trying to build it to fig scale. I actually realised
last night that it had ended up too big when I noticed it should sit much lower
over the car. With this realisation I may have to have a go at shrinking the
whole thing. Hopefully wont be too hard (but probably will).
Glad you can post again.
