I see the commonalities with the Cub, Cub into Bear? Pretty tricky you.

I also see the evolution from Little bot to Cub to Bear. you’re covering stuff more, but the overall shape is still a bit blocky. I think I’d skip on doing every color of Cub/Bear unless you have a particular desire to do so, or think you have a market for it.

I think the hands need more beef to them to be worthy of the title “bear” paws.

There’s an annoying gap there in the foot, though it looks as if to be a digital edit goof so I’m not sure.

Black on black is hard to do, your photograph though shows the detail fairly well. Black is kind of hard to do.

The body is a nice shape. I do like that. Except for the nipples. Trans nipples began to frighten me. Thinking of lights coming from an exited bear tromping through the wilderness... reflected nipples might just frighen me more than reflective eyes. :o

I think mostly I would like to see you really push yourself. You have defined this style really, really well. For example: you got the tech savvy, do a transforming bot. Start easy, four legged to two legged. Then get more complicated. How about adding features of the namesake? Make Black Bear more bearlike. Ruffs, claws, shorter, fatter, huskier, drooping lower black lip. That, I think, would REALLY be something.
