Those are supposed to be the sensor domes that are linked to a sophisticated
targeting system.

As I said to Eric, I was really trying to fuse two mecha styles in to one when I
made this one. I was originally going for a more reptilian look like a snake's
head for the torso (I even had little teeth on the face of it at one
point...lol), but the design evolved differently as I was building.

| Ooh - snakes head? that would be an interesting mecha, maybe you could still pursue building one with that goal in mind. Maybe taking on board some of Bryce's techniques with the Rack might get the right look for a snake... I know exactly how (...) (19 years ago, 10-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)
