Though some were highly suspicious, ultimately the washing machine was proven responsible. I’d set up an extreme pose, but my washing machine got out of balance and shook the house at magnitude 7.0, tipping over the robot.

I found the debris field interesting, so I took some pictures before I put it all back together. The robot only had superficial damage. You can see how the break-away shoulder joint did its job. I just had to reattach the arm, put back on a bit of skin armor, then the head, and it was as good as new.

Hello Brian,

when I first saw the pictures I felt pain. I thought “What a disaster!”. But then I looked again and realized two things:

1. The fallen Mecha obviously wasn’t damaged as much as I first thought. How do you build such giants that sturdy? It’s unbeliveable.

2. I saw those guys in the background! This made me think “What a luck this Mecha has fallen!”. Otherwise we might never have see´n those group photos!

Brian! Please give us more of them!

Marco
