I’d say this is your 3rd best mechbay yet. The reason I think this is because it is very focused on a particular idea, and successfully executes it. Except for those weird X-pods and straps, this moonbase is incredibly “lean” and to the point.

As others have mentioned, your use of green is novel and quite appealing to the eye.

Architecturally, the wedge-shaped corridors at the bottom fit the overall form well. I also like how you isolated the main gantry superstructure, and as a result achieved a greater sense of verticality.
