i finally got to take pics and post them for my new mecha (sorry they suck--i
took them during two different times of the day and i am still trying to get
used to photoshop).  anyway, i decided to finally make a gundam.  "gunjin" was
my first attempt, but i decided that it was not worthy of the name (esp. since
it had a zaku-type head).  actually, i almost named my new gundam "gunjin mk
II", but it actually turned out to resemble the gundam gm's, so i gave it a
sniper rifle and went with the flow.  hope you enjoy and lmkwyt.

Hey great job Jason. (...) Well, the pictures are good enough to see how it is put together so its all good I say. (...) I keep toying with the idea of buiding a gundam just for fun, especially when MOCs like yours make it look so good. (...) Sure (...) (20 years ago, 3-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Wow it is very well done. I especially like the head and ankle guards. I also see we come to same idea of using red wedge 2 x 6 for the foots. Does it stand stably on those click hinges? You should have cross-posted to announce.moc. I almost (...) (20 years ago, 3-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) These Pics suck? I enjoyed muchily. They are fine, really. The mecha is however beautiful. I appreciate the posability and positionaniblity, from standing to prone. Very nice. Neck motion was particuraily interesting for me. I wonder though if (...) (20 years ago, 4-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I give it two big thumbs up (Lenny-style). It's BIG! The head looks great, love the tight color scheme, the prone firing pose, the rifle with an actual trigger (like your Eva's pistol), the lack of unsightly studs, I could go on, but I gotta (...) dooooode, that is fantastic! Wow, the head is very very nice. The chest uses those wedge plates to advantage. The parts on the ankles are very cool. In fact the look and feel of the entire leg structure is very pleasing. The feet are well done. (...) (20 years ago, 4-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

This thing is beautiful. Your style reminds me of Gla-gla. Very clean, studless, and semi-greebly. Hurry up and build something else. -Brayton (20 years ago, 5-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Hey Jason, Nice! The proportions are awesome! The head is soooo tight. I think that the soul of any mech is the head. This one's got soul! Jeff (20 years ago, 5-Oct-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)
