My favorite Destroid (non-transforming mecha) from the Macross portion of
Robotech was always the Excalibur, (aka Tomahawk, http://www.robotech.com/infopedia/mecha/viewmecha.php?id=17 ; also known in
BattleTech as the original Warhammer) so I decided to take my modular system for
a spin with it. I'm very happy with the results, although "mini" is not the
word for it, really (although it's still much smaller than minifig scale).

and haven't been to www.robotech.com for a while, I heartily recommend it. In
the next few weeks I hope to develop more of the non-transforming Macross mecha
using the modular system.
