My favorite Destroid (non-transforming mecha) from the Macross portion of
Robotech was always the Excalibur, (aka Tomahawk,
http://www.robotech.com/infopedia/mecha/viewmecha.php?id=17 ; also known in
BattleTech as the original Warhammer) so I decided to take my modular system for
a spin with it.  I'm very happy with the results, although "mini" is not the
word for it, really (although it's still much smaller than minifig scale).

First, the modules:

Although a bit large, they still look good swapped on other Mechs from the
system.

As always, please let me know what you think!  And for those who love Robotech
and haven't been to www.robotech.com for a while, I heartily recommend it.  In
the next few weeks I hope to develop more of the non-transforming Macross mecha
using the modular system.
