Um, you may be confusing the chicken and the egg here. I actually made the LDraw
file first, then attempted to make the wings in real life. Unfortunately one of
the things that LDraw can’t simulate is gravity. I soon discovered that if I put
the pieces together as in the LDraw file, there’d be some pieces that weren’t
actually connected to other pieces as well as I thought. A couple of minutes
brainstorming and experimentation led to the correct result, however.
Oh, and as promised, pictures of my
BrikWars mech (though
you’ll have to wait for the folder to be moderated before you can see them).
