I'm pleased to announce I finally got around to posting photos of another recent
MOC - The (19th C.) Victorian Steambot.

(...) I adore this. And steampunk-ish mecha aren't even my favorite mecha. About every picture of this has some cool detail or building technique. (...) Ahh, so you're the one who built that! I saw that on Brickshelf a couple of days ago and thought it was stupendously cool. Unlike Jon, I've always been a fan of Steampunk, so I really grooved on this one. I really like the big, blocky legs and (...) (21 years ago, 18-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) sorry i didn't post this earlier, but i really like this mecha.it has a very disproportionate "anime"look exemplified by the large feet and hands, narrow torso, and long neck. it's almost "cute". is this a replica of an actual anime mecha or (...) (21 years ago, 25-Mar-04, to lugnet.build.mecha)
