  Re: Mechs! (was:Re: Feedback thoughts?)

(...) Pedro, I actually make a point of making non-violent Mecha, Biomechanoids that explore and collect information from the far reaches of the Universe. I belive in a time when we learn to master this technology, mankind will have out grown it's (...) (22 years ago, 18-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

(...) "Transformers, more than meets the eyes..." Hi David, all I can say again is WOW Since Megataron has already been done and alot others already did Optimus, I'll say Starscreem is just A-m-a-z-i-n-g. WOW! keep the astonishing work. I know that (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mechastruct entry, Dragonwolf

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

I'm 27, not exactly Luke to your Obi Wan. I think your giganticon sounds cool, I once had imaginings of putting together a Devistator out of several of the yellow technic sets (I could only build one vehicle at a time though back then). The technic (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Starscream, Prime and Megatron Preview

(...) Absolutely amazing work. Inspirational. I was lucky enough to see the original series air in chronological order starting back in back in '84(?). I might be dating myself here, but we're talking Lego & TF's! We would rush home straight from (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mechastruct entry, Dragonwolf

(...) Thanks! <snip> (...) Turned out pretty good. The thing that gets me is that even though this mech is really big, the frontal area is actually pretty small. It's from the side or above that DW presents it's mass. (...) Hear Hear! Time for more (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mechastruct entry, Dragonwolf

(...) Wow. I think Tony needs to reclassify the categories to 12 inches and lower because the big mechs are REALLY BIG. :) Nice job, btw, it reminds me of one of the baddies in Einhander. (...) Most definitely. (...) Wow. Very very cool. This is my (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mechastruct entry, Dragonwolf

(...) DW is about 15" tall and somwhere in the neighborhood of 2' long. (nose to tail) DW is easily my largest mech yet, though Titan was just barely taller. The Legs are mostly static, with a double worm gear setup in the hip to allow for angling (...) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Mechastruct Entry: Row-bot

(...) See? That's how useless he is! He can't even row in the right direction! ;) (...) Thanks. I wasn't in the right frame of mine for the lame parts contest at the time, so I did this little guy instead. :) -Anne -- Hacker Barbie! Complete with (...)   Re: Mechastruct Entry: Row-bot

(...) Hah! He's sitting backwards though, unless he's built to row in the opposite direction of humans (which is entirely possible) Nifty. Adrian -- (URL) (22 years ago, 17-Dec-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
