(...) They look like Rock em Sock em Robots against the dark background-- really livens up the place-- and the mechs, too, actually. They somehow look brighter, more colourful (even the stealth bot!). Cool beans, Eric-- what was the overall (...) (23 years ago, 29-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Easter MOC: Mecha 002: Lucifer

Wow, check you out! Oh man! Geared joints too! About your gear backlash, I used a series of levers and "tendons" to limit the backlash and bolster the structure of the legs. Wow that thing is tall! 'excuse me, I gotta go look some more! Whoa, BTW (...) (23 years ago, 29-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

As ussual, your onto something. Since I know zipo about HTML, I lucked out when I brought my Lap-top. It came loaded with a Web-builder program called "Trellix Web".   Re: mylegomaster.com just got better

(...) Excellent content! A well organized layout, but like my site it has a relatively simple "old school" HTML style. There's so much artistic stuff you can do now. You're an artist, your site should be more whimsical. (I'm starting to use (...) (23 years ago, 28-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: T-ANK R19

(...) I just started the next mech. I saw David Thomas Jr.'s Fembot the other day, so I am trying to emulate a female form into a kick A fighting machine!! I have never done a female form before, so it will either be really bad or somewhere way (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: T-ANK R19

(...) You've got something good here, I can smell it. An online action story. So what contender is going to be the first one to rip off an arm and beat their opponent with it? Any chance of mecha sized folding chairs... (...) Doesn't mean the evil (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: More Gundam 06 pics

(...) In earlier designs I had worm gears controlling the outward leg movement but I found them to be unnecessary. Instead the shock absorber pushes the leg out until a tire bump stop at the top hits the hip frame. The vertical force of the mecha's (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: T-ANK R19

In lugnet.announce, Tony Knaak writes: <SNIP> (...) Hey, this is interesting... I like a lot on this mecha, and there are a few things that don't sit well with me. I definitely like the feet. There are also a number of areas which are well sculpted (...) (23 years ago, 27-Mar-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: T-ANK R19

Cool concept, neat story, and wow really unussual Mecha! That thing is really strange/cool/unsual!!! So this will kinda be the format for awhile? I think it's cool.
