  Nosrai ver. 2

This Nosrai has a new set of hands, which required a slight change to the weaponry. I added some bulk to the shoulders. The shoulder joint were moved forward 1.5 studs (not really noticeable). The engine block is attached better. I also extended the (...) (23 years ago, 9-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Teaser of next mech

Here's a teaser pic of my next mech, The Butcher. You're looking at his open mouth with a little of his foot in the lower right. Needless to say, if you were a minifig, you wouldn't have long to live. I hope to have the rest of the pics up by (...) (23 years ago, 8-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: MOC: Morpheus--- His Nether Regions

(...) John, and Travis, I've posted a number of pictures showing Morpheus' tail and back. Not really my favourite part, but there you go. Same bat-time, same bat-link. thanks for your interest! stuart (23 years ago, 8-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Sprite Light Mech

(...) Do not feel alone. I think we sacrifice detail for playability. It's a trade off. The trick is can you make it look detailed enough without making it real figity. I dunno, MHO. (...) What are you talking about, I took pictures of this in my (...) (23 years ago, 8-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Oh I'm behind! Mark this is really great. Clean and neat. Green too! I like how your walker mechs use these really cool Leg set-ups.   Re: Sprite Light Mech

I like the Sprite alot... it looks quite posable and sturdy enough so that you could actually PLAY with it and not have it fall apart on you. Of course MY mechs never do that HAHAHAHA *looks around nervously* I like the color scheme and weapons (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Brand-new mechs from yours truly!!!

(...) I'd have to agree with you there, Mark. I have been seeing some really great stuff around here lately and I'm sure that trend will continue as Lego comes out with its new '02 lineup which will hopefully provide us mechies with new pieces to (...)   Re: Nosrai light mecha

I'm glad you like it. As for the SNOT design, esp. around the arm, I didn't plan it like that. It just happened. Version 2 will change some of that. I'm trying not to make drastic design changes. Travis Dickinson (...) (23 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Nosrai light mecha

I would like to thank everyone for their compliments and suggestions. I am in the process of implementing those suggestions with a few changes of my own. Version 2 will be up later this week. Version 1 will remain b/c I still like it. Travis (...) (23 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Nosrai light mecha

Thanks. Actually, this color scheme is possible. The only problem is that to get most of the sand green parts, you need the Statue of Liberty sculpture ($200 - ouch). I'm sure the other common colors would look good in place of the sand green. (...) (23 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Nosrai light mecha

Depending on size, I try to get decent elbow and knee movement; good hip and ankle movement for a leg forward stance or legs apart stance; and arm rotation along each axis. I will sacrifice some movement for stability. The kneeling stance was a pain (...) (23 years ago, 5-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
