  Re: My First Mech

Thanks Mark. Well, we haven't had our game yet (it's not until the middle of next month - I'm notoriously lax in having my forces ready in time, so I'm starting early). When we do, there should be a fair amount of pics. I thought about using hinges (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: What's up?!?

(...) I'm building a nano mecha using only one piece, a dark grey 1x1 plate. It's about half finished ;-) "K" (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: My First Mech

I thought this was a fine first mech. The next few things you might want to work on is softening up the edges a little bit, and make the legs a little more mobile. Legs that are perpetually stuck facing straight forwards give a mech a strange look I (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: My First Mech

Thanks Chris. Oh it's psychological warfare alright. We anticipate that, while the enemy is laughing their heads off, our regular forces will sweep in and decimate their defenses. Victory is to the bunny. *** I'm still working on construction. This (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: My First Mech

BRING IT ON! The Red-Rabbit mech can run sooooo fast, the Nesquick Bunny will only see a blurring red streak... as it runs pell-mell in retreat.   Re: New MOC: Maelstrom light mecha

Very nice. I love the detail and small size of it. I think it's a little mono chromatic for my tastes though. Good job! Mark Neumann (URL) to the Snow Leopard Clan (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  What's up?!?

What's going on? What's everyone building? Anything in the works? Who's Mech is next? Chime in, what are you guys working on? (This is my effort to add some substance to our forum) Legomaster (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: new Mecha HSM-015C Colossus Cannon type

(...) model kits and acquiring the "eye" for mecha design. The Colossus seems more related to a Dom than Zaku I think. "K" (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: My First Mech

Wayne, cool little fella for a mass-produced Brikwars army. But I think there's a few too many colors in there for my tastes. Plus, I'm not a big fan of those dome plate thingies for feet. But I do like the form of the legs, and the ears give it (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.gaming)

Re: New MOC: Maelstrom light mecha

(...) Thanks John. Yep, that's an arm mounted grenade launcher. The best way I've found for doing these little ones is to find out where the pilot will be, then build outwards from him, while maintaining a constant proportion. BTW, it stands around (...)   Re: new Mecha HSM-015C Colossus Cannon type

(...) Cool stuff John! Like Mladen, I thought Gundam when I saw it. Very Zaku-esque. I really like the legs, and that gun is cool too. -Chris (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I wouldn't go that far. :-) But thanks. (...) Yeah, I saw that...I like it. Cool poseability, especially in the back. Definitely one of the hardest places to articulate. I came up with an interesting spinal column idea that I'll have to take (...) (23 years ago, 29-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)
