(...) Heh, thanks for the kind words Sun. And don't worry, I'll always remain a bipedal mecha builder as well! ;-D (...) Mladen Pejic, over and out! (URL) (23 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: THE FOUNDRY . . .

Wow! Amazing work Sun! The site layout & design is great. The models (Escala & the new Gundam one) are great. Can't wait to see more! (...) (23 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) the refinement and attention to detail of this model. There's a very "finished" quality to most of your designs and this model is no exception. sun (23 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  THE FOUNDRY . . .

Ready for the start of a new year, The Foundry is live . . . (URL) find my creations under the showcase section. It's still rough around the edges and there are still things to be added but I believe a visit will be worth your while. just imagine (...) (23 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha) !

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

(...) I'm glad. ;-) (...) Thanks Joel! Yup, the top area came out good. I was amazed how sleek it all ended up being. (...) Mladen Pejic, over and out! (URL) (23 years ago, 2-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

(...) Did, very much... As usual the detail and building is top notch, but I have to say that the shape of this one really looks awesome. I especially dig the head and the cannons. The detail on the back is great too, I like the functional style it (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) and (...) No. The only reason why it stands is because of the fins. Also, since the upper legs face straight out, it allow the missiles located in each one of them to launch more easily. (...) Mladen Pejic, over and out! (URL) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

<snip> (...) <snip> Yeah, I guess that does make sense..the weight's supported closer to the center, yes? Now that I see the functionality of it, it's starting to make good sense. And the red fins do give it some flare. -Chris (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

(...) Thanks. (...) Yup, it was fun to build it like that. (...) Actually, out of the three mobile platforms that I have built this is the stablest one. Even on slick surfaces it remains sturdy. Anyways, I like it, and chose the design due to its (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) good; nice scheme. The body of this one is awesome, especially the cockpit. I like the upside-down construction of the cockpit, and the placement of the displays. I can't get into the legs for some reason...I think it's because the reverse (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: New MOC: Z-22 Mobile Defence Platform

(...) Thanks Chris! The cockpit was the last and most headache-inducing thing I built... The guns were just made to be really long and smooth. (...) Of course! I break up all my models once I take pictures and LDraw them. ;-) (...) Great to hear (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) display on the top. I also like your two main cannons; it never ceases to amaze me how you continuously come up with new gun designs that work so well. I notice that the color scheme is similar to Dilur. Does this mean you took Dilur apart? (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Xcalabur's Lair Relaunch

(Please set FUT's) Hi all, I got fed up with Geocities, so I moved. Topcities is home now. I also cleaned a lot of stuff up, and I hope I made everything easily navigable (is that a word?)   Re: New transforming space ship

Hey, Patrick I really quite like this-- it's an incredibly challenging task to set for yourself, but you've done an admirable job. The ship forms are particularly nice, flowing into each other aerodynamically. The mecha is quite good, too, but I (...) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: last bot of the year

(...) Thanks, Geordan. The objectives were to make something that (obviously) looked something like the source material, and in a span of time that suited an 8-year-old brain. Like 2 or 3 hours. Well, it was fun! Thanks for commenting. stuart (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  BricksWest Mecha Session

(...) Pretty cool, Pat. It's very difficult to create a transforming mecha that works well, so I appreciate the difficulty of what you did there. :^) ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head -- Mark's Lego Creations (URL) (23 years ago, 1-Jan-02, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)
