  New transforming space ship
 
I have just finished my first attempt at a transforming space fighter. I used the basic layout of a macross valkrye (sp?) but changed a few things. The arms fold up but remanin on the outside of the legs. When the head folds out for the mecha mode (...) (23 years ago, 31-Dec-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build.mecha)

Nice mecha Ryan! I like the colour scheme, it has a nice flow to it, It' has a neat shape to it as well, I like the head. More pics? Great Work Chris! I really like this, it has a tough look to it, and the use of cylinders all around, makes it seem sorta like a sumo wrestler...cool the head is neat too, and I really like that feet. I was at a gaming store just the other day, and I saw two PS2 games that loooked like they could be mecha inspiration. Armoured core 2, and Zone of the Enders, they both have lot's of mecha in them, I think, I couldn't find any good online (...) (23 years ago, 30-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Thanks! (...) Nix the money part. almost all those pieces are from the snowspeeder and some aquanauts stuff. It's a pretty simple design, based on Geordan Hankinsons' Tiger (...) Just out.
