I just lost all of my pictures to my first mech in six months, and all of the pictures for my first stop motion movie with Lego (corrupt files! some dbs extension???). On top of that I have no (...) (...) Very tough-looking... like it could kick the stuffin out of whatever it came across. The feet are excellent. The skinny head profile gives the limbs a more massive appearance. Does it have a cockpit? ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) yours isn't so cutesy. I like the use of the lattice to resemble laces on the bustier. Well done! ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Dark Gundam site update

Brian, Awesome work. You continue to inspire. And your story telling is so great. I really like all the details: worker robots, hover car, spotlights, test station, and the gantry. Very inspirational work. One question: what kind of lens are you (...) (23 years ago, 27-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: three new photos

Well, thanks for the comments, gents. I appreciate them and I've digested them. I think I have some idea as to where the problems lie, and I'll tinker with her a bit and re-post (with better/clearer photos). Many thanks to all! stuart (...) (23 years ago, 28-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) slope bricks on the shoulders is cool. I like the anti-grav pack too. BTW, I would really like to see graphical intructions as well. Later, Todd SILICON PSYCHE (URL) (23 years ago, 29-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: marsbase update...

(...) Hmm, it'll be easier to understand when I post the .dat file. I hope to have it done in few days. I'll see if I can create some better images also. I'm not sure I can describe it very well. 8/ Ben Ben Vaughan buster@marsbase.com (URL) (23 years ago, 28-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Dark Gundam site update

(...) Indeed, I always do! "04" is quite nice! I especially like the wings on this one. I also like the fact that you photographed it with a primarily grey background. (...) The best part of lego is that there is no ultimate creation, it's always possible to improve your skill and build something better. There are no physical limitations. It's all a mental exercise. You just have to put in the brick time. Build (...) (23 years ago, 28-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Dark Gundam site update

(...) Thanks! Everyone should try this form of lego creativity. It is as fun as it looks. (...) 01, 03, and 04 coexist. 01 is dying to be scrapped, seems like an antique now, covered with dust too. I'll probably take a picture of all three before I (...) (23 years ago, 28-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Dark Gundam site update

(...) Great! That's what I like to hear. (...) Oh I've got plenty of RCXes and motors, just no fusion powerplants... My combat robots eat duracells like candy, but they are fearsome, for about 15 minutes. "K" (23 years ago, 28-Oct-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Dark Gundam site update

  Re: marsbase update...

Woa, a Marsbase update! Didn't see that coming :^p. About the mecha, very good. The feet and chest are quite nifty. And I like the bulky look it has to it.
