| | | | Mecha-zuna, a pictoral Story...
| Well, with all of the Stories going around, I figured I might give it a go, so here's mine, it's only one chapter long so far, but I will be updating it all the time, each chapter will build on the previous one. This story focuses around mecha, (...) (23 years ago, 29-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.build.military)
| | | | New Brickshelf Gallery
| In case you didn't like my website (it is just getting going, you know) I opened a gallery on Brickshelf. It contains most of my Bionicle-type mechs, some Throwbot-inspired mechs and some other space-type creations. Feedback is welcome. | | | | Re: Snotty Mecha
| I admit, I love my Mecha full of snot. Infact, I rather enjoy snoby, snoty, sneady Mecha. In fact this is a prime example of a snoby, snoty, sneady Mech: (URL) I have recently come accross a new term. BRYCE: Brick Reasons You Couldn't Expect. (...) (23 years ago, 28-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| | | | Re: New Mecha: Orion
| Echoing Mark and Bryce, the stance is too wide. I do like the feet, and the skis on the back give it a certain feel; very nice. The gun is nifty too; nice use of the bionicle arm. For some reason, I don't really get into the groin/rear section of (...) (23 years ago, 28-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| | | | Snotty Mecha
| I've noticed recently that the mecha in this group keep getting snottier and snottier. Hey I'm all for pushing the limits and such, but some of these creations are soooo snotty. I mean come on can't we all just make some mecha that aren't such (...) (23 years ago, 27-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
| | | | Re: New Mecha: Orion
| (...) I like the skis on the back. Like Mark I'm having a little trouble both with the eyes and the wide stance. While I like the range of movement your ankle and hip design allow, a bit more upright would help. The gun is well done as well. Thanks (...) (23 years ago, 27-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| | | | Bionicle MOCs
| I have been lurking around Lugnet for a while now and I thought I'd drop out of hyperspace long enough to show a few pics of my creations. | | | | Re: New Mecha: Orion
| Wow! Excellent job Joel. This is one of the very, very few times I've seen the grey-white-dark-grey colour scheme ACTUALLY work... SHOCK!!! ;-) However, I do agree with Mark's comments; the legs are spread too far apart. The weapons and fuel tanks (...) (23 years ago, 27-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

| Sweet Sweet Sweet Sweet! That is awesome! I LOVE the well balanced colour scheme, I love the white protrusions coming from the rear, very nice. | | | | Re: New Mecha: Orion
| (...) I like the feel of the mecha, but his stance seems way too spread-eagled. You'd have a hard time supporting his weight with the legs way out to the sides like that. I'm not fond of the two 1x1s for eyes. Seems a bit buggy. Overall, nice (...) (23 years ago, 27-Sep-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
