Oops I gotta get the Lego out of my ears! Yes, that thing is huge! I like me a big bulky powerful looking Mech! Hey the canopy is unfamilar to me, I'm slacking! The others show more of his style....cool! Good work! Eric (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

That is awesome! very cool and definitely an original design, any chance we might be able to see the joint tech? I'm always interested in how people make joints that can hold up that type of torso, awesome work. The missle launchers and the engine (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

'tis a sad day for mecha....

Colin, I know how tough it is to let a prized creation go away in such a traumatic fashion. Our mecha are more than mere spaceships or castle creations....they are an extension of our very being. I offer my condolences and hope AW-42 L- Trooper's (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build)

AW-42 L-Trooper Update (...and may she rest in pieces.)

After 3-4 years remaining intact, the AW-42 L-Trooper met with an untimely demise during a recent photo shoot a few weeks ago. I didn't want to give you the news until I had the pics up. These will be the last of the L-Trooper, so enjoy them. (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build)

For the most part, I keep 'em running until I or the cats accidentally destroy them. I did voluntarily dismantle the Kiseru a few weeks ago 'cause I needed pieces, but this is not normal for me. --Colin (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: a small insignificant survey

Hmm... my first mechs I've had for about a year, but if your talking about any MoC, probally the oldest thing I still have together is a cheap amphibious tank I built in 4th grade. It's been changed ofter because the design was bad, but the original (...) (23 years ago, 7-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Nice, I'm really looking forward to seeing it! (...) It's done, and it is waaa...aaay better then all of my first mechs.   Re: Scorpio transport mecha

Well, Eric, the Zodiac aren't so much a tribe as they are a series of mecha from HardCore Industries Temporal Distribution Center. Think of HITDC as Ford and the Scorpio as my Mustang. That would make Carpicorn my Aspire, I think :) what's next? (...) (23 years ago, 6-Aug-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Well well, we see the Scorpio Mecha! Interesting. Your style is truly yours and yours alone. My fiancee' Cindy saw your pix too, then I went to your site, she as a "non-lego person" had somthing funny to say in regards to your style. She said your (...)   Re: Today is a good Day for Mecha

Yo Yo, I think this ones gonna be a classic Bipedal. Since my Big-Mech-Bot will share the same leg set up as my RG Mech I thought if I make this next one in the same config it will help me "study" for the big push to create the giant leg truss necc.
