(...) I absolutely agree with you there, it is the imagination that makes building with Legos fun. I will try to do everything in my power to make as many of your Gundams sufficiently obsolete and unlikely to survive in battle against newer Gundams (...) Thanks Chris, I have built "Alone" for many years before comming to Lugnet, so I'm excited by the praise. All my robots have a layer of dust too... yep since they were purpose made, they are here to stay! I have been playing aound with basic (...) (23 years ago, 10-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

thanks for the compliments but on the standing part I kind of cheated a bit. in case you didn't notice, I just used technic parts to hold the leg to the torso but the leg can't move!! it's stationary but can be wiggled a bit. thanks for the complements! the only problem is whenever I do build my "own" style of mech, it either can't stand up, or looks like a big blob of plastic so whenever building mechs i have to cheat and copy someone else or else it doesn't work. Bobby, The answer for me lies in what I like to build. I have no interest in making a six foot tall mecha. Most builders create at a level they are comfortable.
