Re: What have I been up to? Zero Four

(...) I absolutely agree with you there, it is the imagination that makes building with Legos fun. I will try to do everything in my power to make as many of your Gundams sufficiently obsolete and unlikely to survive in battle against newer Gundams (...)   Another BLAST update!

This will be the last BLAST update for a while, I still have several more models (some old, most new) in varying states of assembly waiting to be photographed, but I have no camera. So, until I get around to buying a new digital camera, this will (...) (23 years ago, 10-May-01, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

Eric, I just don't know what to say about that head (the black one). I really really like it, but it also sort of disturbs me. I don't quite know what to make of it. I can't even comprehend how complicated your stuff is. Bryce (...) (23 years ago, 10-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I guess that means you like it. I just hope that's an operable brain tumor. :-) (...) If there were a giant national Lego fest (at Legoland CA or something) with hundreds of exhibits I'd certainly pack up my gundams and take a plane to see (...)   Colin Gutierrez

Hello all! I was wondering if anyone has heard what Colin Gutierrez has been up to. I really liked his stuff alot - I even had his page bookmarked for a while. The last thing I saw of his that was new was Kiseru, which is really cool. Colin, what (...) (23 years ago, 9-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: My first gundam!! along with a ninja fortress

thanks for the compliments but on the standing part I kind of cheated a bit. in case you didn't notice, I just used technic parts to hold the leg to the torso but the leg can't move!! it's stationary but can be wiggled a bit. I couldn't figure out (...) (23 years ago, 8-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build, lugnet.castle)

Re: My first gundam!! along with a ninja fortress

thanks for the complements! the only problem is whenever I do build my "own" style of mech, it either can't stand up, or looks like a big blob of plastic so whenever building mechs i have to cheat and copy someone else or else it doesn't work. I am (...) (23 years ago, 8-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build, lugnet.castle)

Re: What have I been up to? Zero Four

Bobby, The answer for me lies in what I like to build. I have no interest in making a six foot tall mecha. Most builders create at a level they are comfortable. For me the scale I build has a lot to do with the types of joints I am using. Gravity (...) (23 years ago, 7-May-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
