  My Link

Thanks for adding my link!! Thats something thats bothered me for awhile, at first I thought at first maybe I'm just so stinkin bad that they don't want me on there. But people seem to like my models fairly well so I asked about again; who ever can (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: Teaser Pic

I agree with mark, nice head and gun (from what I can see, but the arms needs some detail to give it some more shape and texture... --Kyle (2 URLs) (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: How to build Mechs

I really don't like cutting things up, and I have no Throwbots. I'm really not into the technic stuff. there might be a way to attach clikers to a turntable and that would simulate a primitive ball and socket. but it would (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) I do the unthinkable but it's cheap and it works. Get some Throwbot sets and a nice sharp exacto blade. Start cutting at the base of where the useless part starts. This will basically yield 8 ball and socket joints per set like the ones on the (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

(...) Ball and socket-based mecha joint design happens to be one of my specialties. Take a good look at some of my mecha android host units at Moonbase Io- http;//moonbase-io.w...efault.htm . Later, Todd (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Teaser Pic

Hey folks, Just a teaser until I actually do some serious shooting - my first fully technological mecha (rather than the magitek/steamtech stuff I've been doing with Cornelius and the Goblins). The model makes extensive use of parts from the Technic (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Yeah, I have like 20 or something thanks to AucZilla. But how do I build (...) (24 years ago, 22-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Ahhh... But remember Burkhard, quality over quantity; I think the list showcases some of the best mecha on the net. (...) (24 years ago, 21-Jan-01, to lugnet.build.mecha)
