7782 Batwing: Joker's Aerial Assault - alternate model

Check out the Wrathchild: (URL) first attempt at a transforming model (albeit a bit simple but hey, it's a start). If you've got the 7782 Batwing: Joker's Aerial Assault set then you've got all the pieces you need to build it. Instructions available (...)   Gundam 4953-7700-7700 combo alternate

I'm trying to avoid the multi-set alternates but I just had to take a shot at the beloved Gundam design so here it is: (URL) a bit crude but working with alternates does add limitations. 8^) If you've got the 4953 Fast Flyers and two of the 7700 (...)   Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon

(...) Hello Fradel, thank you for the praise. I had the same feeling, when I saw Fire Skull the first time. But I knew, I hadn't had a hand on it. I followed the building process as I was in the roon building on my own. Was real fun to see my son (...) (16 years ago, 4-Jun-08, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon

(...) I too miss the halcyon days of .Mecha. By the time I got into the genre, .Mecha and Lugnet were already winding down. Part of the problem lies with the Provisional Council who failed to deliver on the promises of an upgraded system. I still (...) (16 years ago, 4-Jun-08, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon

(...) I am amazed that an 8 year old did this. Back in '84 I was still treading the Rainbow Warrior side of the pool. Kudos to sharing your passion with your son. The name of the dragon is pretty epic too. (16 years ago, 4-Jun-08, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  AMCP at Brickworld 2008 Reminder

To make things less parts intensive and more universal, we will go with tiled road plates, similar to the style found in Market Street and Cafe Corner sets. If any returning attendees recall from last year,we ended up combining that style with the (...) (16 years ago, 30-May-08, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX) !!

Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon

(...) Do you have a (URL) flickr> account yet, Marco? Pretty much all the mecha discussion has moved over there now. Even the Mechahub forums were closed to move it to flickr. I think that the richness of the flickr interface really makes discussing (...) (16 years ago, 19-May-08, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon

(...) Hi Tim, I also found it got very calm around here. I remember the days when .mecha was one of the top traffic groups on Lugnet. Don't get me wrong, I'm talking of the times when traffic was produced by MoC replies not flame wars. Well those (...) (16 years ago, 18-May-08, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon

(...) Hello Eric, thank you very much for this compliment! A set developed on a MoC from me ¬ would really be something I'd be proud off. Cheers Sandro (Cheers Marco, the proud dad, who did the translation) (16 years ago, 18-May-08, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: Fire Skull - an armored dragon
