  My first chicken leg
 
I've got another mech I built modelled. I actually have three built like the render. Although, I haven't mounted guns on the red one yet. The slightly odd color choices were driven by parts on hand. Let me know what you think. (URL) (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha)

very very cool, jon! these spider-like tanks by more and more fans are pretty cool machinery. i've got to try something like this sometime. i particularly like the way you added extra reference to the model with the last couple of images. ..joseph g (...) Wicked Jon! References: (URL) 2 are the best pictures I have found of the Fuchikoma. That being said, why did you make the "foot" of each legs have 3 "hoofs"/toes? Otherwise an excellent and accurate model! Man, I wish I made it... ;-) BTW aren't (...) (24 years ago, 25-Aug-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.build, lugnet.space)

These guys are personal tanks with moderate AI (and a good sense of humor)that can be piloted or work independently of their master. They can climb (...) Hi Joel, I was shocked when I saw what this person stole and put on his site. Disgusting! I immediately e-mailed him/her, but the message never got through.
