  Re: New Mecha: Talon

Coolness, there havn't been many published Mechs using these new colors. Check out how the cockpit opens! Nice parts on the shoulders, trick feet. I see you have an ankle splay? Cool canopy there too. Interesting design, go triangles! Fast build? e (19 years ago, 8-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

First I'll just link to a post about using paper attached to studs for decoration.   New Mecha: Talon

Greetings all! Just finished my latest Battlemech. I don't usually build them so close together, but the creative urge hit me again. I had to run with it, and yes, I freely admit I am obsessed with triangles at the moment! As per usual, the stats (...) (...) Marco, It kinda reminds me of a cross between two things in the Star Wars universe. They are the AT-PT and the Binary Load Lifter Droid.   Re: Super Robot 12

(...) I find all of this very entertaining. Let's get some kind of dares going on here, I wanna see some more Mechs. K, I'm still astounded by the way you used such fine parts! (...) You just want to see more freaky mecha. :-) Don't think I've forgotten this: (URL) "Gaaaahhhhh!" I would like to see more development along these lines. That model had an unusual style, and it was big. K (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Super Robot 12

(...) Thanks. That's very high praise. (...) Then you'd skin the Technic frame with some sort of tortured Bionicle parasitic growth (shiver). Slopes and plates? What are those? :-) K (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Super Robot 12

(...) The correct pronunciation is "Chestu Brast!" :-) Having a chest weapon is a prerequisite for being a Super Robot. When those doors in the chest open up, it's all over for the bad guy. K (19 years ago, 6-Dec-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Super Robot 12

(...) I think I reached Gundam saturation and I'm now in a Super Robot phase. It's perverse fun to build something that is really unbuildable, from a realistic technical standpoint.
