Re: MOC: Gunther Mech and Landing Platform

That is so cool. The feet and the way you made all the joints is nice and compact. I like how you build little landing pad/stations for your Mechs. very cool. Wow, this is fun. e (19 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

MMM, I like it! I am always partial to a yellow MOC from my aquazone love... It also uses Tony's canopy technique well... Where did you get the clear one? God Bless, Nathan (19 years ago, 14-Jun-05, to lugnet.space, lugnet.underground, lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Delurking and pose contest entry.

(...) Good eye, Marco! I noticed that the picture wasn't right either, but I figured that the picture I wanted was disqualified in some way for having part of another mecha in it. My thanks to both of you! -Jon (19 years ago, 13-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Oh sweet, tell us more about your building process. How and what was it like to skin the ZRX1 frame? e (19 years ago, 12-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Re: 3 mostly new MOC Galleries

(...) You really burst on the scene with a splash, Angus. There's so much here to comment on, but I'll pick a few things that stood out for me. I really liked the landing pad for the Crimson Finch. It's a great way to showcase a mech, and it's a (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: my first mecha

(...) I like how you "skinned" the frame with plates, and I note that you have some of the rare old-style finger hinges in your collection. Does the mech have a cockpit with a minifig? If so, it would be nice to have a shot of the open cockpit. A (...) (19 years ago, 12-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

Welcome aboard. Mecha is like crack, and as such only the first one is free. You aren't by any chance related to Dan "The Man" Rubin are you? F (19 years ago, 12-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha)

  Re: MOC: The GuiseBot

I saw some of your work on Brickshelf and was bowled over! You have a great eye for colour, detail, shape and form... The photography is awesome, it really shows off your work. I like the Crimson Finch most of all, the Guisebot is great, but for me (...) (19 years ago, 11-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)

  Re: my first mecha

Hi there, Glad to see a "lurker" post their first mecha, I recognized the frame as the ZRX model, is this right? If this is the first Mecha you've created then I take my hat of to you, they're not easy things to make! Now onto the critique, I like (...) (19 years ago, 11-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  my first mecha

Hello all - I've been a long-time lurker of Lugnet, but only recently have I become a "real" member. For my first ever post I would like to show you a mecha I have been working on for quite some time. You man recognize the skeletal frame I used in (...)   Re: 3 mostly new MOC Galleries

(...) I love the use of the sectant peices on the robocat - I am sure there are very few who would have thought of that. Crunkbot looks like a bouncer or heavy for a robot club. The Crimson Finch is spectactular - an M-tron themed bot. For some (...) (19 years ago, 10-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.space)
