Hi there,
Glad to see a lurker post their first mecha, I recognized the frame as the
ZRX model, is this right? If this is the first Mecha youve created then I take
my hat of to you, theyre not easy things to make!
Now onto the critique, I like the colours you have used, two-tone blue looks
great. It appears that you have limited number of pieces, with this in mind Id
say that you have done a great job. My suggestions would be the following: Try
adding more plates to create some bulk to make the armour more flowing and
natural looking, its hard to do with plates alone but I think it would benefit.
I like the head, it just maybe needs filling out a bit behind the screen. Love
the weapon, nice shapes and colours in there. Also Id maybe bring the hips a
little closer together and move the legs out a bit, I think it would help the
pose look more realistic.
All in all this is a great first mecha, you definately have an eye for
designing these huge fighting machines! I cant wait to see more, more, more!!!
Thanks for sharing,
Jas
