  Re: New MOC second try

Hey, thanks for responding, of course as soon as I posted these pics I realized that I needed regroup some of the colours. The arms were the hardest to do shape wise and I am still not really happy with how they turned out. The best parts in my mind (...) (19 years ago, 6-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Galactic Inquisition Mech.

I almost expected to see wood timbers and gears on the inside, and maybe peasants running in wheels to provide power. :-) But it's high tech medieval. The shaping of the brick/slope/rounded armor is great, and the knightly details: perforated mask, (...) (19 years ago, 6-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: New Galactic Inquisition Mech.

(...) There are some really cool details here- I love the feet and the swords on the shinplates. And the breathing vents on the faceplate are perfect. The small man on the belt buckle strikes me as disturbing, though I can't really say why. Nice (...) (19 years ago, 5-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  New Galactic Inquisition Mech.

Hello all. I just got around to posting a worm-geared mech I built for the Galactic Inquisition. There was an unfortunate disaster before I managed to take most of the pics, and now his leg joints don't work so well. Anyways, lots of worm gears and (...)   Re: Gundam Head

(...) My idea was to gather all of the neccessary parts before I start building, as I hate getting in the building groove, only to have to stop and wait for more parts to arrive in the mail. That being said, I probably have enough parts to build the (...) (19 years ago, 5-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Gundam Head

(...) I was thinking of making another instruction eBook with just a dozen different heads, and they wouldn't be just subtle variations. I have three so far that are worth making instructions for. Expect the other nine... by next Spring at the pace (...) (19 years ago, 5-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Gundam Head

(...) Actually it looks like the whole thing is a larger diameter too. That would require a significant skeletal redesign because of the worm drive gear placement. Maybe I'll get that #8436 Truck set with this new turntable and mess around with it. (...) (19 years ago, 4-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Gundam Head

(...) Mmmm...gundam head. perhaps you should make a gallery of your heads, or some scenario where some evil hunter has gundam heads hanging from a trophy wall... I like the gundam version of the Teknomeka. I would be tempted to build that one, but I (...) (19 years ago, 4-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

  Re: Gundam Head

(...) Thanks for posting these pics and head instrutions. I have been studying your work for some time now. I was interested in getting a set of the Teknomeka instructions. I have a question about that. I was wondering if the new style turntables (...) (19 years ago, 4-Apr-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

I've to buy me some 20 technic ball joints and then (...) (20 years ago, 31-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)
